Rainbow Dreams - A Circular Bargello
Full Day Class (7-8 hours with pre-sewing required,
or could be set up as a two-day class and retreat)

10 Degree Wedge Ruler
This truly magnificent rainbow quilt, made from 18 half-yard cuts, is
easy enough for a novice quilter. If strip piecing is completed before
class begins, participant may be able to complete two tops in the full
day class. If desired, this quilt can be made in two or three colorways,
instead of the rainbow design. Either way, the results are awesome!

Star Medallion Tablecloth, Quilt or Tree Skirt
Full Day Class (7-8 hours)

Ten Degree Wedge Ruler Tool
The Star Medallion is a simple to create focal point for the center of
a bed quilt or tablecloth, or can quite easily be made into a stunning
Christmas tree skirt. Very simple strip piecing before class will allow
the student to complete this top very quickly. The star can be made
with either one or two colors against a background of your choosing.

Wedgeworks II - Mariner's Compass
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)

Folding techniques add a third dimension to this Mariner's Compass
design, while making the complex design much easier to construct.
You will find the folding methods in Wedgeworks II very different
than the traditional paper piecing technique.

Circles Aren't Scary!!
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)

The mystery of sewing curves and circles has been solved! This is
a delightfully creative class where you will learn the technique for
framing circles, and immediately design awesome works of art. We
will explore numerous ways to insert and slice and dice circles to
create a beautiful wall hanging or quilt of which you can be proud.

Stack & Slash With Sashing & Border
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)
In this hands-on lecture and sit-and-sew session, we will first make
the easiest quilt blocks possible. We will then explore different types
of sashing and borders, to make the finished quilt "uniquely yours".
Using reproducible handouts, you will learn to calculate sashing and
border yardage.

Six Block Lazy Sampler
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)
During this class students will learn all about using the Lazy Angle™
ruler. You will start with simple, one-step Lazy Angle™ blocks, and
progress to three-step blocks. Use these six blocks to make a very
attractive wall hanging or add more Lazy Angle™ blocks to create a
bed-sized sampler quilt. No pattern fee. Lazy Angle™ rulers will be
available for use in class for anyone who does not already own one.
Books, patterns and rulers will be available for purchase if desired.

Six Blocks of Geese Sampler
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)
In this class, students will learn to use the Flying Geese x 4™ ruler.
They will be comfortable with all the different blocks this ruler will
allow them create... all with no math! As with the Lazy Angle™, the
six blocks make a very attractive wall hanging, or can be added to a
collection of other blocks to create a larger sampler quilt. No pattern
fee. Flying Geese x 4™ rulers will be available for use in class for
anyone who does not already own one. Books, patterns and rulers
will be available for purchase if desired.

Chain of Events
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)

Rulers Recommended (provided for class and available for purchase)
The pattern for this class uses two new techniques to create
"54-40 or Fight" and "Goose Chase" blocks to make a gorgeous
wall hanging, throw or queen size quilt. Your quilt can be made
in two colors, or scrappy with five or more coordinating darks and
one neutral light. The results are stunning! Flying Geese x 4™
and Lazy Angle™ rulers, which will be available for purchase in
the class, are a definite plus but not required.

Geese In The Fields
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)
Pattern Required
Flying Geese x 4™ Ruler Recommended (but not required)
Learn the techniques from the Flying Geese x 4™ ruler to piece a
gaggle of flying geese in no time! A baker's dozen of fat quarters are
used for big blocks alternating with trios of geese to cook up this
great quilt. We will also try out other geese possibilities that use
the Flying Geese X4™ ruler.

Moroccan Tiles
Full Day Class (6-7 hours)
Pattern Required
Flying Geese x 4™ Ruler Recommended (but not required)
Quarter Square Goose - what's a Quarter Square Goose? Make this
simple table runner using the Flying Geese x 4™ no math ruler. You
will discover a secondary design (quarter square geese) every time
you make these geese. You will make size changes with ease - all
with no math. The pattern also includes instructions for placemats.

Attic Windows
Half Day Class (3-4 hours)
Pattern Required (Tools Included)
Learn to make the simplest attic window blocks possible – WITH NO
“Y” SEAMS!!! This quilt top or wall hanging pattern comes in six sizes,
and even the novice quilters in your group will be able to complete a
quilt top in this half-day class.

The Sassy Bag
Half Day Class (3-4 hours)
Pattern Required
Three coordinating fat quarters of fabric are all you will need to create
this wonderful bag. It has an expanding front pouch, inside pockets,
a back pocket, Velcro™ closure, and plenty of room on the flap for
your choice of embellishments.

The Runaround Bag & The Katy Bag
Half Day Class (3-4 hours)
Two Patterns Required
The Runaround Bag uses two fat quarters and an easy zipper technique
(yes - easy and zipper in the same sentence!) that make this bag quick
as a wink. The Katy Bag is a pocket on a string (or with a handle). You
will want to make several to go with those slacks, skirts and shorts that
don't have pockets.

One Hour Lecture
The Gypsy Quilter - rolling into your world to teach you easy methods
for circular bargello and framing circles, and introduces a plethora of
patterns, tools and instruction books to make fun and easy projects
from bags and wearables to wall art and quilts. This lecture reviews
Phillips Fiber Art, Lazy Girl Designs, Far-Flung Quilts, and more.

Sashing & Border Lecture
One Hour Lecture
Explore different types of sashing and borders. Then, using repro-
ducible handouts, learn to calculate sash and border yardages the
easy way. This knowledge will allow you to finish your quilt in a
"uniquely you" way. No longer will you have orphaned or inherited
blocks waiting to be adopted by a quilt, nor will you hesitate to
try new and unusual blocks, all because you attended this lecture.
